The successful winning bidder will be notified and must contact Jose Fulgencio, Motor Car Concepts II, Inc. within twenty-four (24) hours after the auction closes. The winning bidder must submit a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $500.00 within twenty four(24) hours of the close of the auction; the remaining balance (including applicable fees and taxes) is due within five (5) days of the auction close unless prior arrangements have been made between the parties. Please note that all financial transactions must be completed and clear before delivery of the vehicle, without exception. A Fee of $349 dollars will be added to all sales to cover cost of related items in vehicle preparation. Such items include detailing, transportation, maintenance, documentation process, inspection fees and all other related expenses. Failure to follow these instructions will automatically void your bid, and we reserve the right to relist the vehicle or sell it to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer. Motor Car Concepts II, Inc. accepts cashiers checks, certified funds, or verified drafts from approved 3rd-party financial institutions for all our vehicles. In addition, we also accept PayPal for deposits. All funds must be in US dollars only. We suggest having full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. If you do not intend to purchase this item, do not bid! Deadbeat bidders will be subject to a $300.00 penalty fee if ownership is not established after auction has ended. If ownership is not established and the non-performance fee is not paid, then the fee will go into collections and be reported to the credit bureau. Buyers must pay applicable state sales tax and license and registration fees. We will handle all licensing and title work for Florida Buyers. Out of state buyers are responsible to pay all taxes at time of sale. Seller can furnish Buyer a 30-day temporary license plate. Buyer must have proof of insurance on this vehicle and a valid driver's license to be issued a temporary tag. Motor Car Concepts II, Inc. is not responsible for typographical errors.
